Thinkdiag OBD2 Bluetooth Scanner Review and Testing

I'm excited to share with you my review of the Bluetooth Pro OBDII Scan - the THINKDIAG.
This tool is excellent for doing routine diagnostics along with checking basic OBD codes and data streaming functions on the car. Additionally this tool is upgradeable with software for 15 Reset Service Functions/Bi-Directional/Active Test+ECU Coding.

THEY SAY 1 year free update. I dont understand what happens after 1 year ..for ex ıf I downloaded all car info in that 1 year period, does that mean that I can not update those cars next year free but can still do all functions according to my last downloaled data ? If thats the case this is altready good for me because I more deal with cars newest 2019-2020 model. I thinh that updates would be necessary for the new cars..Can I still do a full scan with the last downloaded data after 1 year ?

You should be able to do all of the functions with the exception of any additional updates.

OBD works forever. Bi-directional is yearly. Single vehicle is $40 after first year, $70 for all vehicles. Works best on Android.

@@genichiroashina6372 Thinkdiag = 1 car free for 1 year. Thinkdiag also has the pro option - 2 years for all cars and all resets, or elite - 3 years, all cars, all resets. XTool A30M and Topdon Artidiag800BT have free lifetime updates, all cars and unlimited use. A30M is bidirectional, but IIRC, has more resets and less options than the Thinkdiag. Artidiag800BT is not bidirectional, but has more resets than Thinkdiag. Topdon Topscan is similar to Thinkdiag, but is much cheaper and has the same yearly renewal as Thinkdiag. Autel AP200 is free for life for one car, while all others are a yearly fee, though vehicle coverage may vary and you won't know until you've bought it.

My Nissan Xterra 07 has a steering wheel sensor (VDC/SLIP) code on and SRS. Would rhis scanner clear them?

Yes it would clear the codes as long as the conditions that causing the codes are not still present.
