I love everything about this guy..the only thing that kind of...worries me is the liq nitro thing. Other than that..Im buying several copies of his book: I Fed An Island.. I discovered him day b4 yesterday when my fav local talk radio station played an interview with him (UofH 88.7fm) He is a riot. Great human.

This is remarkable work you and your team have done. But there is a Chef that was trained under you that worked with you (Chef Pedro Julio Rivera). He was going around NYC last November 2018 conducting interviews by stating you were hardly there and he was the one who did most of the work. in feeding the people fo Puerto Rico in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
