You're usually pretty close about those things, and you seem to have put a lot of thoughts in this, but for once i feel like i disagree strongly on most points of this video. Maybe i'm high on copium - Waagh stays, maybe becomes more important (+1 hit +1 wound instead of rend, 3d6 charge maybe?) - Smashing and bashing is an enhancement for heroes - Violent fury i'd say is either +1 dmg flat on warscrolls (except arbdoyz) or for charging units +1 charge dmg - warbeats stay and become prayers - I feel like with the loss of VF, warchanters might become the recipient for some Mighty Destroyers shenanigans? or maybe more like included in a warscroll like the megabosses, but mostly as area of effect

My guess is that Warchanters will be priests and Violent Fury will be a prayer, along with the beats. Healing beat may be an abilty on ther warscroll.

I've always said Smashing and Bashing should be either 2 units within 12" or wholly within 12" make in sequence or it's lighting reactions but you still have to destroy a unit to activate it. Violent Fury throw it in the bin. Or make it +1 attacks to infantry. All your units go up by 1 damage or 1 rend naturally. So like the whole army is damage 2 rend 2 mostly. MawKrusha is like 6 attacks damage 5.

I predict profiles stay damage 1 and violent fury goes to a 3+ instead.

@@rotm4447 it 100% won't be that. The warchanter violent Fury is the only reason the army has any punching power. They can't make it worse AND keep the damage output where it is. The only way they'd do this is if they increased everyone's attacks by 30%

@@rotm4447 it was a different team that launched Kruleboyz. And Kruleboyz did have rules, they just didn't think about what they were actually doing and put so many obstacles around using their abilities and also refused to fix it for 3 years. But now we're going with a clean slate. The fundamental problem isn't that violent Fury is TOO good, it's that Ironjawz have no damage output without it and the Waagh +1 rend. Chances are their waaagh is gone like they did to KB. The army should not have to rely on VF so what you do is you increase the rend on things like Megaboss' and damage on brutes and pigs. With Ironjawz you want to pump up the base damage and give the warchanter a different role rather than having him be an auto-include because the army doesn't function without it.
