I think you’re spot on! I had a 2019 GX 460 sold it after 5 months while the market was still somewhat good. Went back to an SR5 4Runner 2024 model. I get what you’re saying in this video completely! Once the 2022-2023 model GX 460 ages about 3 to 4 years from now and the used price comes down to around $35k it will be worth buying and keeping for a long time… but definitely not worth $55-$60K… for $10K more and you have the new Land Cruiser or the GX 550

I owned a 2023 gx460 for about 3 months. Sold it when used prices were still very high so didn’t lose too much. Sold it as my legs didn’t feel supported enough on long road trips.

This is a Land Cruiser Prado/4runner in a Tuxedo. Off-road capable, quite, smooth, reliable and refined.

This is what I drive. I'm 6'4" and 300 lbs. I find it to be plenty spacious and comfortable. I test drove an LX600 first which didn't have enough leg room. My LX470 was the same way.

@@ericbeauchea8526 you’re the 3rd person who’s mentioned the LX600 not being much bigger. I’ve also heard that it’s built on the new GX chassis.

Didn't really get a solid reason why not to buy ir ti buy it. "Eh...it's fine" seems to be your best assessment. Every vehicle is pretty much fine. It just matters what speaks to you and what you hold as important. Didn't enjoy the video either. First time seeing you and telling us that this is a video you wanted and planned on making but it comes off as a "Eh. Since it's here I'll make a video."

I love my 2023 GX460, moreso than my 2023 LX600. This coming from a guy who owns five land rovers ….

Is it Troy or Elvis? Does flipping your collar up make you cool or something? Its not 1955 bro. This isn't a vehicle you buy new, unless you have more money than brains. Solid used ones are $30k
