In order to improve our ways, both as individuals and in teams, we have to think differently. As Jamil beautifully states: the refugee sees what the citizen is blind to. He encourages people to think like outsiders, in order to find the best solutions and ways forward. Jamil Qureshi is a renowned speaker with years of experience spreading his ideas and supporting leaders and athletes across the globe in enhancing their performance. “What would happen if let all passengers fly for free? How would we make a profit?”. Questions like this are part of his tactic of making people look at their situations differently. In his talk, Jamil speaks on the importance of being aware of how we think and bringing in ideas that might seem completely unrelated, which will ultimately lead to success. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
