The items you have highlighted in this TED talk are very thought-provoking but also provide some amazing insights. All this talks are all nice, but the problem is much higher or further into the organization, or outside the organization that does not allow a more "human" treatment. Reality is, business are not there to make human life more pleasant...they are there to make MONEY, and more often than not, a more detrimental impact to society's wellbeing, most of them...why combustion cars instead of water fueled cars?...reasons are deeper and darker...removing those that create these darker environment is the key to a more successful and healthier society in many aspects...remember this, YOU DON'T REMOVE THE POISON FROM THE SNAKE'S TAIL, YOU REMOVE IT FROM IT'S HEAD...
