nice easy fix ! I usually use a finger/hook for that type of fold. I will try to post it on my channel when I can .

Hi, it is very nice job done... very creative. I have to say that your movies help me a lot with adjusting folder gluer machines, provide a lot of inspiration how to do it. THANKS. I have one request and have trouble from time to time. Can you make movie with all details how to set up feeding section. I have tried to set up blades with low and high friction but from time to time the blanks are not taken straight. thanks a lot

Is there anyway to adjust the speed on the black bars so the box will fold in back...on trays??

that would be done with backhooks as a back-fold the way 4-corners are done, if its a fold at the back that is folded forward. I have some vids showing that on 4-corner cartons. I also have a video coming soon that shows that.

Ich mag die Idee, geil gemacht!! Was ich noch anmerken mussIch kann nicht beurteilen wie die schachtel später verpackt wird und ich habe es glaube ich schon mal kommentiert. Aber wieso die Mühe machen und den Kicker auf die Antriebsseite positionieren , wenn man den Kicker einfach auf den Vierkant auf die Bedienerseite macht. Soll kein böser Kommentar sein :D aber ich verstehs nicht :D 🙄

Wenn ich von der anderen Seite trete, wird die Leimfuge herausgeschleudert und nicht im Stapel komprimiert. Auf der Seite, auf die getreten wird, befindet sich Kleber.
