I think the reason you can crucify the rooms entities in the hotel, is because they are no longer in the rooms, where curious light is present, and guiding light has power in the hotel. You can also crucify the backdoor entites in the hotel. Of course, you can only have those entites in the hotel with Modifiers.

fun fact: when the content update first came out, the crucifix sigil would start off as blue and then turn yellow for the subfloor entities. this was changed in the patch (since when the update first came out, the entities wouldn’t go down when crucified)

In the Hotel- Modifier I've seen only differences to the original: - The 1st one is that you don't get the animation when you have to crouch in the seek chase - The 2nd one is that I think you could have 3 lock picks instead of 2 in the pre-run shop

think!!! have you seen about sally?? she's only in the hotel, and she is window! if there is a room with a window (ive only seen her in rooms with beds) she acts like window and you see her smile, then she breaks through the window, and comes at you. one way to know she's coming (the only way i know) is she starts giggling, kind of like how you know giggles is around. if you want me to tell you how to deal with her keep reading, if not stop reading!! okay, if you have an item i think you hold it out in your hand (if that doesnt work drop it) then she will play with it and will not attack you. if you dont get out an item for her either she plays with an item sitting on a table if there is one, play with a table (😭) or come advancing towards you and take 40 percent health. she cannot kill you, but she will damage you if you dont give her an item! (i know from experience) i have no idea if hiding works to prevent damage, but i think it would be cool if you try to find her! plus, i read on the wiki if you put on modifiers like bad time, really bad time, and worst time ever the chances of her spawning increase aswell!

Hey Think! Can't wait for the video of you getting all the new achivements! There is one achievment named "Trial and Error" which is a hidden badge The easiest way to unlock it is to go in a subfloor (rooms or backdoor) then have someone be glitched 5 times. After that you can find the glitch fragment. Before interacting with the glitch fragment locate a nearby closet you can run to. Then interact with the glitch fragment which can spawn 1 of 3 entities. The 3 entities are: Old Ambush, Blue Rush, and Glitch Screech. Old Ambush acts like normal ambush, blue rush acts like normal ambush, glitch screech acts like normal screech but multiple screeches will spawn at once. After surviving the entity that comes after interacting with the glitch fragment you will be given the trial and error badge. To glitch someone you basically need to void them, since in subfloors void doesn't exist, glitch takes voids job.

THINK THE GLITCH FRAGAMENT BADGE IS 100% NOW HERES A GUIDE: First join a normal hotel run with an alt or a friend and go to rooms, then glitch (void) your alt to you 1-5 times until the glitch fragament spawns, one of the three can spawn: AROxMBUSH - basically ambush but slightly faster. Freaky screech - glitchy screeches, around 20 of them will spawn and you have to look at them without taking damage. Blue rush (idk the name) - works the same as rush. Hope this helps!

Did you know if you play multiplayer player in the rooms and get glitched 4 or more times you can get a glitch fragment, but your teammate might steal it because it only works on one player. It might spawn a blue rush or a red ambush or a bunch of screeches and if you survive them, you get the trial and error badge. It’s a secret badge.

So, in order to get the "Trial and Error" achievement, you have to go into the Rooms sub-floor (and make sure you are doing this multiplayer) and let the other people run ahead and glitch you (because instead of void in rooms its glitch) get glitched a couple times, and then, a glitch fragment will spawn. As soon as you pick up the fragment, your screen will glitch, and either SCJVREECH, AROxMBUSH, or RNISHg== which are just glitchy versions of their original counter-parts, will spawn, but this rush version does rebound. MAKE SURE you are the one to pick up the glitch fragment, its client-sided. Once you beat one of the entities, you will be awarded the Trial and Error badge.

If you want trial and error, I know a really easy way to get the cube. Go to the rooms with another player, have them get glitched (by being telephoned to current room) about 5 times. Eventually the cube will spawn, from experience it happens every time you do this. Hope this helps think!

hi think! im not sure if you have the “trial and error” badge, but if you do, i have a good technique to get it easily! i got it three times in like 30 minutes! get an alt, go to rooms and make sure your alt account stays behind so glitch attacks them. repeat until you find a glitchy cube. pick it up, and hide in a locker until you get the badge :D

Hey Think If you're wondering how you can use the crucifix on queen grumble, you can just use it when she's chasing you (after 1st seek chase or when escaping the nest), you can even crucify her during the 2nd seek chase, but not in the sewer part of it

Sadly, the crucifix still does not work in the Rooms. You have to use a modifier to use the crucifix on A-60, A-90 or A-120. Kinda made me mad that you can’t use the crucifix in the Rooms but it sorta makes sense anyway the crucifix still don’t work in the Rooms >:(
