Think School videos are the best on KZbin, full of content, knowledge and top quality.
@mayurdhondsekar12493 ай бұрын
Here are my key takeaways 1. Machine Gun strategy is about quantity, Sniper strategy is about quality and value in every minute 2. A good network of people early in life will help you grow faster - Tanmay, Manish, etc. 3. Tuesdays and Fridays are the best dates to upload on KZbin 4. The better the process, structure, and framework, the faster you grow 5. Thinking of your team as a sports team or a restaurant is a dope move. Every employee's caliber and efforts matter 6. Every 3 months the algorithm changes. Every 3 years new pool of talent/kids brings new trends and approaches that old-school CMOs and brand managers fail to acknowledge 7. KZbin is knowledge-based, and Instagram is emotions, need variety on YT 8. Staying relevant in the game needs re-invention 9. Youtubing is just podcasting - every new creator is a podcaster now 10. 3 attributes - Clarity with depth, core team, enjoy what you're doing

I understand Ganesh's struggle with balancing respectful criticism to boost engagement, but I believe this is precisely what sets Think School apart. The channel’s strength lies in its ability to present arguments thoughtfully rather than loudly. It consistently supports its views with facts and logic, avoiding aggression. This approach fosters a community of like-minded individuals who are open to meaningful conversations and change, which is the true essence of Think School.

Putting my thought out there not that it would matter much. But I have seen lot of Ranveer's spirtual and philosphical podcasts and I have also seen ton of jokes on him and what it shows me is that not only is Ranveer genuinely intersted in those topics, he has created a platform for younger generation to access knowledge about religion and spiruality that otherwise would have been hard to get to without internet or youtube. And the funny thing I see is the duality that stems from it in the fact that not only are those podcasts much liked but are also very much ridiculed by others too. Being a heavily spiritual person his podcasts have oppned a treasure of knowledge that is easily accessible thanks to learned guests and what I see different in his podcasts on the same topics than of other podcasters is that his questions are deeper and you can feel he has a better understanding of spirituality through his own experiences in meditations etc, especilaly when mostly in modern India it has become a cool trend to degrade Hinduism and spirtuality in general.

Hey brother, I really love all your videos. This is my first time listening to your podcast because Ranveer Bhai is on it, and I’ve been following him since my teenage years. You've done a great job bringing him on as a guest. I’ve already watched an hour of this episode and will definitely finish it. I just wanted to share a suggestion: when people tune into a podcast, they often want to learn more about the guest's life experiences and other insights. While your stories are great and really enjoyable, sometimes it feels a bit disconnected because you're talking quite a bit in between, and Ranveer Bhai isn't getting as much speaking time. This might affect audience retention. So, my suggestion is to let your guest speak more and focus on asking the questions. This way, the audience can hear more from the guest, which is what they’re really interested in. Keep bringing valuable content like this. You're doing an amazing job!
@VardaanChawla3 ай бұрын
What I’ve learnt for myself in the last 2:22:22 is that Ganesh has a very different side off screen (more casual etc) and Ranveer has let his true words and identity out on screen. One brings out all the logic and math behind everything and one focuses on the human and life elements. We need a balance of both of these in our lives. Ranveer has become the “settled, magical, monk like” person who has been through all the systems, logic and processes for many years. And Ganesh is all for more knowledge and systems. He likes controlling the image, the brand, the quality, while Ranveer believes more in authenticity, letting go and letting the people see everything and selecting themself. Exactly why I pursued music, where it’s science and math but turns out to be magic in the end. No matter which end you start. Taking away a lot of things from this brilliant episode, thank both of you so much for this! ❤
@VardaanChawla3 ай бұрын
Also, currently I’m a lot more like Ganesh, controlling every aspect of things, but I’d like to be more Ranveer-ish in just letting people see all kinds of content and letting them decide. 🙌🏻

Completed the whole video in instalments because thanks to instagram heavy content is becoming a little difficult to consume at a stretch but one coming back to a video with the intention to see where the whole conversation goes and take notes from it genuinely says a lot about the intensity & amount of value that the content is bringing to viewers. To your point, I always watch your all content. I’ve actually subscribed to both of you for all notifications because I believe time should be invested in value, either of experience or information. So made sense what Ranveer said that machine gun strategy may not work in the short run but it’ll make sense in the long run as well
