I am a Tibetan and my parents who took refuge in India along with 100s of thousands of Tibetan after the 1959 conquest of Tibet by China. We are forever grateful to India for everything they have provided to us and we love India as we love our lost country, Tibet. Watched this video with immense pride and tears of joy and patriotism in my eyes. This video made me very emotional. I Love You India Jai Hind! Bharat Mata Ki Jai!

When Atal Bihari Vajpayee announced "today at 15:45 hours India conducted 3 underground nuclear tests in pokhran range..." Gave me goosebumps. Standing up to the big bullies is something that gets discredited. But not this one. That statement was a testament to all the great work done by our scientists and researchers and Bhabha ji, Lal Bahadur shastri ji, Indira Gandhi ji and everyone who dared to take the bullies head on. It's because of their courage and forevision that India today is a lot more stable and powerful than ever before. Thanks to these few leaders who know how to rise above the vote bank and make things happen for the country. Hats off !

Lal Bahadur Shastri : A man of quite small stature, yet such a massive personality. I have read about how people observed the 'Shastri Vrat' when India faced famine-like conditions, just imagine his level of credibility and insurance that even restaurants closed down to honor his vrat for a day each week! I feel like we don't know or are not taught much about such great men who provided leadership in some of the most difficult times our country faced as an infant.

Nuclear Tests in pokhran were the best moments of our great nation in which Indian intelligence, scientists and leadership worked as a perfect Trio to make our country a NUCLEAR POWER. Recently Dr Subramanian Jaishankar Sir said that India's toughest geopolitical test was the period post nuclear tests. Atal Ji deserve the credit for handling diplomacy so well that President nd PMs of US, Japan and UK visited India within next 3 years and all sanctions which were put on India were lifted. I believe Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji was best Prime Minister in recent times. When he left the office India was economically doing so well that even the campaign of BJP was "Shining India". Remember that Atal Ji's 1999-2004 tenure was one of the toughest. During that time India faced Kargil War, Sanctions on nuclear tests and there were other evident troubles politically as well. Despite that Atal Ji's government launched Golden Quadrilateral initiative linking our key metros Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and their diagonals with National Highways.

The name of this video is" india fooled America" as though fooling America is much greater than nuclear science. Every Indian should take this underground testing with suspicion . It's written in the constitution to seek scientific truth. When it comes to nuclear testing ,the nuclear (mushroom) cloud above the test site is the proof of the pudding . all recognized powers have tested it above the ground to know for sure if the weapon design is good enough . Then they do underground testing and also computer simulated tests. In India's n Pakistan's case they went straight to underground testing. .Indian leaders knew that sanctions would follow . Then it should have conducted tests above ground to show the whole world that this is the proof that our weapon has a good design.

ppl forget the contribution of PV Narshima rao bcz congress played bad politics with him.. Indian Economy 1991 revolution credit should be given to him but congress made sure that he does get it.. and that why congress gave all credit to Dr. Manmohan singh...

This is the best episode so far, literally I had goosebumps. It's mind bending how brave and far sighted Shastri ji's vision was, it really motivates me to take bold decisions and doesn't give a damn about others
