This man answered the questions so patiently, so much in depth and so precise. He definitely sounds like a great mentor to his employees. His listening skills were spot on too, again a great sign for a good leader. This was so interesting to watch and learnt so much from this. I would really recommend Ganesh, pls stick with Business and stay away from politics, these pieces of interviews are required more, politicians are just a bluff, an illusion and a waste of time. I have been using boult products and have been using several products and have had no issues so far. I agree with his philosophy about what he explained. I am really impressed by his speech and loved this conversation. Good job both of you.❤

Dealing with Boult's after-sales service is an absolute nightmare. The moment you encounter a fault in their product, they expect you to pay for the courier charges, even when it's entirely their fault. To make matters worse, you're forced to give up the product for an indefinite period, with no clear timeline on when you'll get it back-if you ever do. It's not just frustrating, it's a complete disregard for customer care. Essentially, you're punished for their defective product.

Have faced issues with JBL after sales service too. But they did solve my issue. Late but apt. Boult was so bad in every aspect. Got no resolution and had to wait a month to get my own product back. On the other hand Boat has always been my favourite in the after sales service. It has changed my perception of warranty in customer service. Now it's a benchmark. I think very few can match it.

Boult is indeed a rising brand in the Indian E-commerce sector. But personally I prefer Boat and not for quality of products, but for after sale service they provide. Last year my Boult headphones suddenly stopped working, which was in warranty. I went to the service center with my headphones, where they stated that I need to submit the original box and accessories with headphones to avail the warranty. Who the hell keeps around a useless box for 10 months after purchase. I know this is a small issue, but it is a major point that differentiates Boat and Boult for me.
