Epic. I find sometimes that doing certain exercises (especially push-ups) is way harder than normal for no apparent reason. It usually gets easier after a set or two.

And that’s what makes Bring Sally Up so difficult. You’re doing it in one go, slow reps, basically negative push-ups. There’s no second or 3rd sets for it to get easier, it’s literally just one go.
