Third Gen Camaro 82-92 Steering Component Install Tierods Center Link Idler Arm

Here I am going over the removal and installation of the steering components on my third gen Camaro. I used Moog and AC Delco Parts which I purchased off of Rock Auto I also included an image in the video of the part numbers for each component. I replaced both Inner and outer tie rods, adjustment sleeves, center link and the idler arm. Stay tuned for more suspension videos on the Camaro coming soon.

Were you get the tie rods center link sleeves etc i didnt find it in the description it wouldn't open

How do you make adjustments to ensure the pitman and idler arm are level? Great video btw.

On a flat surface you can measure up to them to make sure they are the same. You can run a level from one to another as well

it's about keeping the center link level, not the idler & pitman arms level. check the center link to make sure it is level and adjust the idler arm accordingly. there's a measuring procedure for the center link (relay rod) between it and both sides lower control arm bolts using a socket. if the ground isn't level, you're measurements could be off if you use the ground as your reference.

Lol I work and I take my time. I've slowly done things over 6 years
