I liked the final cutting movements showing the power going to the tip of the sword-otherwise many sword forms are just a dance and lack martial application!

Completely agree with you! The lady is a well known martial art instructor in China, and she really shows the finesse of martial arts moves via Tai Chi. Also in Chen style, there are fast and deliberate movements every now and then to accentuate the form.
