Meaning:
Look, the birds have begun their morning song. Child, arise! Do you not hear
the great booming sound of the snow-white conch in the temple of Vishnu,
King of the birds? He who drained the ogress Pūtana’s poisoned breasts, and
kicked the cart that ran amuck, lies reclining in the Milk Ocean. Sages and
Yogis hold him in their hearts and gently rise, uttering ‘Hari’, the deep sound
that enters our hearts and makes us rejoice!

Good Morning All Every day I am listening to thiruppavai songs from these trio. Akkarai sisters and Bala murali krishna combile very well, support each other and complement each other, while singing. The trio sing with full bhakthi bhavam and bring Goddess Andal before us. Above all the way they enjoy singing together, brings the best in them so that it is a good treat for us listening them. While I know Akkarai sisters from their childhood from Delhi, it is nice for me to hear Sh Bala murali krishna, another promising singer. I Pray Goddess Andal to bless these youngsters with all Prosperity Subramanian, Bangalore

This the first time that I listened to such a beautiful collection of devotional songs from Thirupavai The three singers, Kunakudi Balamuralikrishna, Akkarai Subhalakshmi and Akkarai Sornalatha are very exquisite artists and synchronize very well. I liked the format of singing without percussionists, just human voices and the violinists. It was heavenly to hear the melody and devotion of the artists and their articulation of difficult to pronounce syllables of the Tamil language. I was deeply moved when I started to listen to them. I admire the Akkarai sisters for their excellence in both vocal and violin presentations..I applaud the organizers, the SIMA of Los Angeles for bringing this series to us.

பாசுர வரிகளைத் தமிழில் கொடுத்தால் சிறப்பாக இருக்கும். இப்போதும் நீங்கள் இதைச் செய்யலாம். இன்றைய பாசுரத்தின் ராகம் குறிப்பிடப்படவில்லை. ஒருவர் சங்கராபரணம் என்று எழுதி இருக்கிறார். அது சரியாக இருக்கலாம். என் போன்ற இசை ஆர்வம் உள்ள ஆனால் ராகங்களை அறிந்து கொள்வதில் அவ்வளவு தேர்ச்சி இல்லாத இசை ஆர்வலர்களுக்கு நீங்கள் ராகங்களைக் குறிப்பிட்டால் உதவியாக இருக்கும். இந்த மூன்று அற்புதமான கலைஞர்களைப் பற்றி என்ன சொல்ல? எப்போதுமே அவர்கள் கச்சேரிகளைக் கேட்டு நான் பிரமித்திருக்கிறேன். ஆழ்வார் பாசுரங்களை இவர்கள் பாடும்போது மனம் நெகிழ்ந்து கண்ணீர் வருகிறது. திருமால் இவர்களுக்கு எல்லா நலங்களையும் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று வேண்டுகிறேன். இதை ஏற்பாடு செய்து பதிவிட்ட அன்பு உள்ளங்கள்ளும் திருமாலின் அருளுக்குப் பாத்திரமாக வேண்டுமென்று வேண்டுகிறேன். கோடானு கோடி நன்றிகள்.
