Ok! I have to say! I grew up with a my best friend who was Korean and her mom used to make this delish food I loved. Over the years her and my mother passed recipes English for Korean. In the end now I’m hooked on your recipes with both of them now passed away. This has become my favorite cooking channel because all of your dishes are actually easy to make and perfect for throwing together for the whole family at the end of the day. You also often use the same ingredients, so there aren't a thousand more things I need to buy before attempting the dish, and you've given me an amazing base Korean stir-fry sauce that I could pretty much cook with anything I have in the fridge. Was honestly pretty good - I put too little sauce and had to add some soy sauce, but next time I'll get the noddle/sauce ratio right and it will be amazing I'm sure. Also added shitake mushrooms as well as white mushrooms and honestly it added a lot to the dish
