I have a 917 that I have had to 87mph with gearing, tires, shocks, Perfect Pass, and a few other upgrades. They always tell you bullcrap top speeds if you upgrade the entire car. They should post the actual speed of the car as sold! Their customer service is horrible by the way! That is an honest review!

I've got one of those, the alloy version.. £190 in the UK.! I've used it an awful lot over the last 8 months & it's still 99% original, all I've broken are the two rear metal turnbuckles after some pretty severe crashes!! 👍 👍 👍 I've replaced them with others that I had lying around & it's been fine since. It really is bloody awesome.!! It's great value, it looks fantastic, it's really high quality, it's very durable, it handles really, really well (just nail it & it goes straight every time, especially with foams, or when you want to go mad it'll slide wherever you want it to go) & it's bloody fast.. Even just stock.! I got this car a few days ago as the roller. Immediately went mod1 and hobbywing Max10 140a with a 3665 sensored motor. Dual motor is cool trust me, but it is NOT necessary. Not in the slightest!! Amazing car. Also I didn’t get the nice tires they give you like the arrmas so I used the traxxas 4tec wheels that are wider in the rear. I may record a video about it soon

@@Jelly3141 They had a special that was only sending out “rollers” tbh I don’t think you need a rtr. You’d just be like everyone else. Put in your own system. Way more cooler and personal

Yeah nice looking. But ive got a Rlaarlo omni terminator RZ001B-C and it's been nothing but a pain. Bad electronics and tiny screw Heads. Great video can't wait to see it do 195mph 🤭

It does seem like a missed opportunity to make that wing an air brake, it would have taken very little modification to have another standout feature they could have put as a selling point

On mine I've changed my remote control they not very good Rlaarlo remote so I've got my own handset the radiolink rc6gs-v3 I'm using for more rage and more distance 😮😮😊

I love the Dumborc radios these come with. They've got more range than my eyesight.! I use them on about 20 odd of my RCs, they're infinitely bindable & the 6 channel recievers with the gyro are only around £10 in the UK. Granted they're pretty basic, but I'm a pretty basic bloke.! 😉

Anything from Rlaarlo you automatically redo the two sided tape… I’ve got six Rlaarlo vehicles and every one had failing tape😳… so now I just take that cheap Chinese bargain store tape right off and use gorilla tape… holds the best

I won't touch RIAARLO with a barge pole . I'll stick with my various 8th scale brushless HoBao models like my Hyper VT & GT on road cars and VS2 buggys , and my HPI brushless WR8 FLUX 3 rally cars , and my 14th scale LC RACING EMB 4WD RALLY CARS and LC RACING EMB 4WD BUGGYS and TRUGGYS , and my CORALLY SPARK XB6 6S buggy's , and my low budget 8th scale MAVERICK FLUX R 4S race trucks 🤣🤣🤣 .

Don't be so hasty... Give this one a try mate.! I've got 6 Hobaos, they're my favorite manufacture so I know what you mean.. I have the alloy RTR version of this & for £190 (in the UK) this thing is a fantastic bargain. They're fast out the box, even faster when you gear up (without over heating)... they're durable (except the rear turnbuckles, I replaced mine with £3 FTX Banzai ones), they handle really really well (nail it & go straight every time or go made & it'll drift where you want it to). I've thrashed the crap out of mine for the last 8 months & it's still 99% original, the diffs & shocks haven't leaked & the diffs/input gears are still perfect.!! They're 1/8 sized diffs btw.! I've had dozens of 1/10 on road RCs over the years & this is by far one of the best I've had.! Their website seems pretty sketchy. Is the only option to order a RTR and a Roller? Also no notes about speed or dual motors on the website. I highly doubt this will go 195 MPH and if it gets close there is no way it's going to be controllable. I will be back ready to eat my words once you post a video but my hopes are low. Also there was 15 minutes of you holding the car with the battery in it and were still speculating what the functions were instead of just plugging it in and showing us for certain; that felt weird. lol Thanks for sharing!
