It’s times like that where everything goes wrong and super stressful that amazing customer service skills and professionalism come into play. These days there is so much terrible service from companies that customers feel like nobody cares about them and their situation. Your company is very lucky to have you and your coworkers there to take care of their passengers.

Your airline is my preferred airline. I never experienced a bad flight. It maybe less convenient now that DTW is not my home airport. CLE is now my home airport. I normally use Amtrak when I travel since it doesn't aggravate my health problems like flying.

Fun fact: before I was a flight attendant, I worked in design. One of my brands was Robert Graham footwear. 😂 all the guys at the company wore the shirts. I’d recognize them anywhere. I often get customers wearing them and they get a kick out of my knowing the designer. They have a cult following… mostly see them on JFK/HPN->FLL/RSW
