The people I know who live in New York and this isn’t the case for often find people through mutual friends. I would recommend posting on your Facebook to see if anyone knows of someone looking for a roommate. It’s always good to know someone that can vouch for the person.

Where is the place for a shrine sir? THAT IS THE TRUE SIGN OF A CLASSY FLAT. LOL Watching Cash's videos has shown me that I have been accepting substandard living arrangements all of my life. Way back in the day when those "Star People" first came to town they made it a point to set up shop as close as possible to Peet's. Not every shop survived, but they held on. Didn't know Peet's was available on the East Coast!

Super cool neighborhood -- feels like the real NY. Nice and sunny which is always good. Like the kitchen but you could add a free-standing island counter to serve as a breakfast bar too if you need more counter space.

Really beautiful suite, in a terrific part of Manhattan, with lots of great restaurants, bars, and shopping choices!! Big bonus to have a Trader Joe's in the hood!! The suite is large, and I like the lay out! For what the neighbourhood, and this new suite offers, this rental price is very reasonable!!

Really nice building, the apartment isn't cramped like older ones in the Village are. I'm amazed how NYC rents have been declining steadily during the pandemic, yet Philly and its suburb rents haven't really budged and they don't have the amenities ones in NY do.

Holy cow - I started watching this at 66 views - had to pause a couple of times (get coffee, let the dog out) but by the time I finished already up to 530 views! Awesome apt. - beautiful and it has a tub! - but considering prices seen previously could be a tiny bit lower, I get it's a new building but for me that fact is not enough to up the price. $2800 would be more like it.

The location is good, but I think your map's walking distances are optimistic. Maybe on a skateboard. Almost every feature in the unit is better than average and it's all shiny new, so that explains the price. You've shown us one-bedroom apartments that were not quite as nice but for considerably less, so it all depends on your budget.

Get the impression from the laundry room and the apartment, things aren't as tidy and clean as they should be. For $3000/month, spotlessly clean is required, IMHO. Neighborhood amenities and access to transportation is a plus. Cashmeter: 7/10 (clean factor brought the score down)

For that location in that building with those amenities? Yeah, that's worth it. It's bright, well appointed, and a really nice set up. The kitchen is really usable, and if you got a longer sort of farm-style table, you could put it against that wall between kitchen and living area and it could double as dining and additional counter space/prep space/serving space making that kitchen amazing.

I live right across that TJ and target. Having a Trader Joe's is a big deal because since it came into town we're spending a lot less on groceries. The line there is never too bad because there's another trader joe's on 3rd avenue that absorbs miuch of the traffic. I found it pretty funny though that after showing off the TJ and target you then walk MAD FAR to where the actual apartment is (on Avenue B?) Nice apartment and good price though.

I can't believe that you bought your coffee from NWO Target, when Trader Joe's was right there, they always have the best coffees. Yes, I have a friend out there, she lives in Jersey, lol. but she works at News Corp, in Rockefeller Center. I bet that she could still show me a thing or two ♥
