Ryan Serhant is a famous, major real estate broker. I remember him on t.v. on "Million Dollar Listing New York". The house itself is wonderful. It's attached on one side but inside you won't know the difference unless the attached neighbor is really loud. Everything is new and spacious, and the finished basement is great for guests, a home office, and a den/ t.v. room. I believe this area was a middle class neighborhood back in the day. Now it commands prices in the millions of dollars. There are a lot of stores and restaurants though and you are close to Manhattan. I don't think I would pay that much to live there, but the house itself is amazing, perhaps the best interior ever shown here.

Great place in a neat-o neighborhood! I like architectural history and I think that big room on the first floor was originally a combination of front and back parlors with sliding doors in between or maybe a parlor in front with dining room in back. Cash, this video would be good for an art appreciation class: the room shown at 7:58 with its color and vertical and horizontal surfaces and the light on the wall and floor makes this room look like a modern-day painting by Edward Hopper!

Very beautiful! Prices in NY still blow my mind, but at least this one looks like people could live there comfortably instead of paying thousands a month to be wedged into shoebox spaces that, even as a working adult, you still have to share with roommates in order to afford. Disagree. My ex husband and I owned a townhouse in Brooklyn Heights. Manhattan is too noisy. Since the divorce and next marriage my present husband and I live in Bronxville, Westchester, New York. Manhattan is even more noisy, congested and polluted than ever.
