But age, 20 years of office work, and a wife who’s a hell of a cook have take like 10 to 15 inches off my vertical lol I doubt I could even touch the rim now, unless I trained for a couple months. Oh yeah, weight too. My most explosive weight when balling was 165. Now I’m about 190, so I’ve gotten fat (in basketball terms) too.
