Come on mam we don't deserve the Oxygen to get for breathing if wanna live!! Do we? It's our need at first before all even before water. Same way I changed my view on choosing happiness & as long as I as you said here believed that I deserve to be happy I really was stuck all the time in search of my conditioned or asked reasons for being trully & fully happy. It was like progressing towards just half way of choosing not to stay worried any more without actually having reasons to worry on but yet the remaining half or the way to destination was undone to cover which is being & staying happy exactly as wished but couldn't make it. Then after turning this deservance into a Oxygen need I really felt like needing nothing to be happy & stay in constant happiness. Calling it worth deserving looked me like sticking to conditions whereas making it need like the Oxygen gave me zero reason to think of finding any reason or having a certain condition in. I loved your gratitude practice though which is also a great way to avoid ovethinking caused due to our unfulfilled or missed wishes. 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤❤

I had done this yesterday and the previous day ..as my result will come in 2/3 days .... I literally sat and tried to write but didn't write anything... Today I saw your video i realised ki wo jo main pehele kithi wo sahi tha ..matlab kuchh dimag main nahin aata .. at that time I wondered ki kyun dimag main kuchh nahin aa raha hai , main to likh ne baithin hun ... I was thinking ki mere hi mind main kuchh gadbad hai 😂😂😂.... But now I realised after watching your video 😅😅😅 .. thanks a lot for realising me that I was in right direction...khamakha khud ko doubt kar rahi thi ❤❤❤ Last but not the list... I love you ❤❤❤😊😊😊
