One shouldn't forget that the search for real audiophile sound doesn't start with the right cables (although it is an integral part of any hifi system), rather one should have a closer look to their power supply. I would highly suggest in investing in one's own power plant- sure, it adds another 50-200 million Euros to your budget (don't underestimate the monthly maintenance cost!), but any serious music lover should gladly be willing to invest that much. I did this exactly three years ago and listening to music hasn't been the same ever since. Such clarity, such holographic imaging, such detail paired with an outstanding warmth and emotion especially with voices and acoustic intruments! Just wow! I wouldn't suggest energy from coal or other fossil sources though as the resulting sound tends to drift a little to the warmer side. Best quality is definately solar or wind power, although I'm also very interested what nuclear fusion technology might bring to the table. That is, however, a little bit out of my budget. But for the many billionaires in your channel, I highly recommend looking into that!

Damn! My cables cost only $500,000. The conductor is wound from neurons gathered from still born babies and the insulation is made from the pubic hairs of gyno certified Balinese virgins. He nailed it. A lot of people think price tag is equivalent to quality. This is true in many endeavors, like photography, which many audiophiles are also into. You KNOW that if your kit cost $20K you will get better pictures than a guy...always a guy...with an old off brand film camera. What did Steiglitz, Lange, Adams, Weston, et al know anyway? They didn't even use color film! Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, the people who need to watch this never will.

I dunno. I kind of preferred the sound without the cable. It was more laid back, the sound just disappeared in to the room. Without the cable, the sound was Extremely transparent, it was as if no sounds were floating in space at all. The sound with the $8 million cable was a lot busier. I was hearing everything, bass, mids, treble. Honestly, the sound signature was too full and up front for me with the power cable in the chain. I prefer the leaner, 100% stripped back sound of the no cable configuration. Amazing sound demo as always! 😉

the more $ went into a cabinet for midrange and tweeter - the better sound. The best is to use pure silver, about 99 kilos per column which will make the sound shine. Its cheap, just 160k euro, certainly better than MDF or aluminum. So pretty please with cherry on top, use silver everywhere like Audio Note and pay $2M
