Pit Bull haters seem to be very quiet on this video. I don't think I saw one comment about how the dog will turn on her or is a ticking time bomb. I guess they are too busy only focusing on the much smaller minority of Pit Bulls that are raised wrong, in the hands of plain irresponsible people, or the ones that are actually born with issues (dogs can sometimes have mental disorders like people). This is how the majority of Pit Bulls are, more or less.

Pitbulls are good dogs for someone that is an actual dog person someone that does activities with their dogs exercise their dogs watches their kids play with the dogs make sure the kids aren't being mean to the dog oftentimes the baby whacking the dog on the nose with her rattle thinks that's playtime there should always be a parent watching especially if they're younger and they haven't lost their puppy energy
@shaylablueangel2 жыл бұрын
See now, I wasn’t going to say anything, but since you brought it up. One of the main reasons people are against pit bulls, especially around children, is because most of the time, it’s children that get hurt the most. Pit bulls can be very temperamental and unpredictable. Children are right in their eyes site and they get hurt because of that, child messes with dog, dog doesn’t like that, dog attacks and doesn’t stop, child gets hurt. Same thing with pit bulls and other dogs, dogs get seriously hurt or killed. If you have a child, I don’t think you should have a pit bull, in my opinion. Don’t use this one story to justify your theory, I think pit bulls are cool, but I won’t get one because I have children, I would never be able to forgive myself if my child got hurt or killed because I wanted to make a point, and didn’t listen to the statistics of these dogs. It’s not just them being raised right, because those cases happen also, the dog was raised right, and one day it snapped. It’s in their DNA, in the makeup, it’s what makes them pit bulls, in their breeding, you can’t take that away or ignore it. All animals have certain things in their DNA that determines their behavior, weather good or bad, the potential is there, it’s weather they choose to act on it or not. I could have a lion I’ve raised since birth, sweet thing, never knew anyone but me, raised him right, loved, never mistreated, etc…. But that DNA, make up, is still a lion, nothing I do will change that, that is who it is, it has the potential to and could kill me. One more 🙏🏽, you don’t have to teach a child to lie, or to be sneaky. “Did you eat that cookie?” With a straight face and chocolate all over their mouth “No”. It’s a nature that we as humans are born with, you teach your child not to lie, you teach them to always tell the truth no matter what they think the consequences will be, the truth is always better. Will they lie again? Most likely, until they learn, or maybe not, but the potential is there. Parents raise their children right and some still go crazy, their child is a mess, that child is making the decision to behave that way and parents shake their head and say “I raised him right, what is happening, why is he doing this?”.🤷🏽♀️
@eternallife97862 жыл бұрын
@@shaylablueangel a lot of times with attacking pit bulls the dogs were taught to attack and guard by their owner like I remember being 12 and this guy in my neighborhood used to let his pitbulls run around the neighborhood and his pitbulls weren't mean dogs but I remember one time they circled me and started barking at me and all they wanted me to do was acknowledge them like that kind of stuff gives pitbulls a bad name really what it boils down to is I don't like the people that own pit bulls because oh it's a scary pet
@Mister_Cool2 жыл бұрын
@@shaylablueangel I think the real main reasons people are against Pit Bulls are misinformation and over sensationalized coverage of only bad stories like dog fights and attacks. Children are the ones most likely to be bitten by dogs in general. Some Pit Bulls can be temperamental, but most are well tempered. Testing by organizations like the American Temperament Test Society validate that. Your opinion on not having a Pit Bull if you have a child is noted, but many would disagree, seeing how Pit Bulls are a pretty common dog and have been called nanny dogs at one point. I am not using this one story to justify my theory. More children are unharmed by the Pit Bulls of their family than those that are harmed. I would ask you to not use fewer percentage of negative instances to justify your beliefs that Pit Bulls are untrustworthy, unpredictable, child maulers. If it was in their DNA, all or at least the majority would be that way. Instead, it is the exact opposite. And pretty much any dog professional would tell you that, in most cases, it is bad dog ownership or bad parenting that led to such situations. It could be anything from lack of supervision to lack of boundaries set for dogs and children. Are their dogs that are taken care of that do one day go on the attack? Yes. There is a news story about two German Shepherds killing their owner and their owner's friend after they started attacking the smaller dogs. Police had to show up and shoot the German Shepherds after they did not stop even after being tased. Their neighbor who was interviewed said they were not mean dogs, and the people were animal lovers. I know there are dogs that can just snap, but those dogs are not the norm.

A very long time ago, I had some dogs, we lived out in the country on 10 acers and the dogs were free range basically. Had a stray black and white pit bull take up with them. That dog ended up being one of the most loving creatures I have ever had. I will always remember him for that. People are the problem. Not the animals. I still have dogs, but I also take care of a colony of about 14 feral cats now. They are also extremely loving, and I have learned so much from taking care of them.

Thank you for taking care of the animals! 💕 I fell in love with "pibbles" while volunteering at a shelter. Most people walked the smaller dogs, so it was left up to me and a few others to get the bigger dogs out for their walks.
