Good day. How are you today? I hope you are doing well and having a wonderful day. Months ago you had lots of places for rent in Kingston. You now seem to these days to show places mainly for sale and rent a bit expensive. Can you please show more places for rent in Portmore and Spanish Town for around $50,000.00 monthly. Thanks in advance. . Have an awesome day.

Good Morning Rochielin. To be realistic with myself I convert the 85KJMD funds to 715.00CDN; no fridge, no stove is thumbs down for me; but you would be hard pressed to find an one bdrm or bachelor apt in ON for that $715.00🙄. Average 1 bdrm apt in my area is from 1500CDN funds.

With 1 to 30 exchange rates Countries can still trade or buy and sell important goods and nessecites but with 50 to 1000 it is impossible to trade, the only options and solutions are to develop or improve one's National Markets, this will involve the Jamaican Federal, State and Local or District Government making ones Citizens and Foreigners millions and billionaires because they have to develop or improve the lives of the Citizens and Foreigners by building and creating Markets, Industries, Companies in Jamaica and in Countries best close in exchange rates values

Exchange rates amongst Europeans and the the United States is just 1 to 10 dollars margin, exchange rates with African or Black Countries is 1 to 100 dollars margin, it shows black people are thinking or doing anything to improve the lives of the citizens and Foreigners in their Territories.

Federal, State and Local or District Government and People are not worried about the wellbeing of their neighbors or People or Citizens living in Jamaica, nobody cares about living cost or food prices or Commodity price fixing or price controls, all they carry in their heads is exchange rates. Jamaica 🇯🇲 is not the United States yet food and other important Basic Needs and Amenities is cheap in the United States, this is Jamaica you don't do what Americans are doing in the United States in Jamaica, you build your own Markets and Market Price according to the wellbeing of your Citizens or the level or standard of your Citizens and Foreigners living in Jamaica 🇯🇲

Nice apartment but for the life of me I have no idea why anyone would wish to carry on the colonial past by calling this place plantation heights. For that reason alone I will disregard this place robustly no matter how nice it is as I would never have the desire to voluntarily put myself in an apartment that promotes a 'planation' in name. utter madness. Its time to strip Jamaica of the colonial monuments that continue to create subliminal trauma and learn from the past to promote/decolonise the mind from mental slavery and be create our own destiny.

Typically Black or African people, they just leave everyone to do what they like with the pricing of important Basic Needs or Nessecites and Amenities compulsory required or mandated by the Laws and Constitutions of Jamaicans which is Absolute meaning Above All , therefore making it compulsorily required for the development or improvement of the lives of the citizens of Jamaica 🇯🇲 .
