I am 63, and I do a lot of yoga, and I do not consider myself to be old at all! Fitness is a lifelong journey. You have to keep it up, because if you don't, you get really stiff, and then you lose your motivation, and then just give up.

Her name is Tao Porchon-Lynch and on August 13, 2019, she will be 101 according to Wikipedia. She still teaches Yoga which she began to study when she was 8 yo in France. Her mother was Indian. She also teaches ballroom dancing and she was a former model and actress. Her husband was in the wine business. She had no children. She's had 4 hip replacement surgeries.

I am happy for her that she is such a vital human at that age and I have much Respect for her 👍 good example what we are cabable of if we have the right lifestyle and make good exercise etc.. Even if there are maby older yoga masters in India but that's not the things that counts the most it should be the liberation of the physical boundaries and that we come out of samsara I think... Or better I admit that the thought of the end from duality and its bad experiences should be a relief of all these felt pressure in life 🤔
