What an amazing collection! The car that stands out for me has to be that yellow Mazda MX5, looks to be a California edition of which only 300 were originally built so super rare - we have 1995 California which features on my channel ;)

it probably isn‘t a chop shop. The location is in germany so the cars don‘t have any plates as they aren‘t registered anymore. Also the community of the town is in contact witz the owner and has recently been checking on the cars to see if there are any oil leaks causing damage to the environment

I'm a fan of the channel and this was another very good effort in finding this location and not getting caught. Not trying to be overly negative but BMW E30s and Mercedes 190s are not all that exciting. No one mentioned the Merc CL being RHD, one of you was sitting in it! A few too many 'oh my god' reactions. Why would he mention the Cl500 being rhd? He is British that is normal for him. The other cars were all lhd since this place is in Germany. That Cl500 is a worthless car either way especially being rhd. The green and light blue 928 GTS are each worth close to 100k USD each however.

@@inspectadrift8478 Are you German? I just wondered why you asked that. It's a RHD abandoned car in Germany, they stand out in a LHD country. I disagree a RHD CL500 would be worthless, but in that condition it wouldn't be worth much as a whole car, probably more in parts. A 928 GTS is worth about £35,000 in good condition in the UK. 100k USD - you must be dreaming, who's gonna pay that for a scrap example.

@@00kirbyd a 928 S4 is 35k not a GTS you are the one dreaming. Very few were made between 93-95. Did you not see how nice the light blue GTS was? The dark green one was also nice as well as being a rare color. The 928 GTS is a highly desirable car these days. The Mercedes Cl500 and Cl600 are worthless. I recently sold my one owner 80k mile 2002 Cl600 for 5k and it ran and drove perfect with original paint and garage kept its entire life. The hydraulic suspension is also a nightmare on those cars. I replaced 90% of the countless high pressure lines and to do it right I would have had to spend more time and money to do them all. A rhd example is even less desirable. Even the Amg Cl55 can be had for 10k in nice condition. Not so with the 928, the GTS is stupid rare and going up in value everyday which is the complete opposite of the Mercedes.

Because they haven’t got number plates. They have been ‘stripped’ of their identity which means they are waiting for a new one, and if the police found them they’d be more difficult to trace. The criminals could potentially take an accident damaged car, and instead of repairing it, give the identity to a stolen one. There are probably other ways to use the cars too.

In Germany when a car is sold the plates come off as it doesn't go with the car. Used cars on dealer forecourts don't have plates on them

Everytime I sell a car I keep my plate for the next car so I don't have to purchase a new one...keeping plates with the car is a British thing and this is in Germany. Many abandoned cars here in America and non have the plates because the plate belonged to the owner not the car.

Just at the end now i think what the exact story is there is someone who has pre read the market and on the most part been buying up the right cars at the rigth time before they are in that state and just left there he is either A dead (no fam and so on) or B. on the run or in jail for something and the cars are unknown of in connection to the guy.

At 21 when i bought my 4 years old F reg Astra GTE 16V id have loved the cossie whale tale on it. It actually looked well i don't agree with the Dimma body kit though. Also another of my ex cars but i had a K reg 2.5 cossie 190 not the 2.3. In 2001 i bought my only ever brand new car a 51 plate Mk4 GT TDI PD 150 Golf same week someone i know bought a brand new CL55 AMG which he still has . I paid £19,000 he paid for the Merc £97grand . The reason he still has it is he feels while he has it he hasn't Lost wellover 80grandish. Same chap has a 22plate E400d coupe.

Outside the Audi V8 is very tasty. 560sl is an american import. mk1 Aprillia Pegaso very nice, the 2.3 190 was never sold in the UK (only in 16v Cosworth guise), the 928 GTS with a clean up in bad condition is worth 50k euro, the blue one also looks like a GTS. Wonder how many of those cars came from the states. The Miata at the end was USA also. Looks like a dodgy premise.

To me, the place seems like a transit point for stolen luxury cars. In the era from which these cars come, an enormous number of luxury cars were stolen in Germany and moved to Poland. There were these hidden halls on the German-Polish border. There was a saying in Germany “Stolen today, tomorrow in Poland” ("Heute gestohlen, morgen in Polen!")! Even transshipment points tracked down by the police were no longer able to determine the original owners because the chassis numbers were changed so perfectly, all with new vehicle documents!
