I feel like a lot of people voting for Air Neos did it simply because if Konami was ever going to reprint it, it would be from a community vote for what cards to reprint. This set is basically going to the be nail in the coffin for whether we will ever get Air Neos reprinted, cause everyone knows it was one of the most voted for cards, so if it's not included, then we know for sure it's never coming back.

This was my reason too. Konami is now aware there is a big demand, and seeing that Petit Moth already made the list means they KNOW people want him. If he doesn't get reprinted here, it means he'll never be reprinted anytime in the near future for whatever reason. If he does make it, then hip-hip-hooray! If it wasn't Air Neos, I would have voted for Thousand-Eyes Restrict (which I think will make the list anyway).

Honestly I think the Fuwalos votes did help get it in here. Yes they would reprint it in the tins or some other product next year anyway, but this is before nats. Being reprinted for the competitive season compared to after it's over is like it's being reprinted 1 year earlier for most people. It's huge and will provide access to the format to so many people.

I don't know. Sounds like they already had Fuwalos planned to be in here. Remember, they had it broken down into 3 groups when explaining the top 100 winners: 1/3 were already in Bonanza (way to waste votes, people), 1/3 were already planned to be in Stampede (Fuwalos being amongst that list (because let's be real, they're out of actual GOOD chase cards to sell the set with and they didn't want to repeat Rarity Collection 2)), and 1/3 were ones they had no plans for, but are putting in because we voted for them (Petit, Lovely, Master Peace, etc). So from how it sounds, Konami did already plan for Fuwalos to be reprinted in here (hopefully that means Purulia will be as well since that card is older). It just so happened that Fuwalos also ended up in the top 100 voted cards.

Honestly, as much of a meme as it is, the fact that they decided to reprint Petit Moth shows how willing they are to take cards from the poll into consideration. If anything, Petit Moth being in here and Air Neos not being in here heavily implies that they really truly can’t ever reprint it

if what happened with dimension fusion is anything to go by, the platinum rare of trap dustshoot should only cost you $3-$4 tops. the fact its not just a widely available ~25 cent common is beyond me but it is what it is. Im equally excited at the prospect of other random rare old school cards like skull guardian being more affordable and getting the holo treatment

This will be the most worthless QCR in the history of QCRs lol. If konami could make the Air Neos they would in a heart beat right now. As it would be the most expensive QCR in history of QCRs. Again they never said they couldn't print the card. They just didn't print it anymore. We can have theories on if it is legal reasons or if they just can't do it at all. The thing is they didn't really tell the community at all. If they gave a reason even in that area that some cards just can't be printed. Then everyone would understand. Without any word people will always want to know why.

I would love it if someone went to a tournament, summoned Air Neos during a feature match, or won the tournament with it in their deck. Rush Duel already technically solved the mystery because there's another Humming Bird and Neos fusion, Elemental HERO Sky Neos. That could be printed as a TCG card with a more relevant TCG effect maybe.

It may be true that they may have wasted their vote on Air Neos. But it did show Konami that people want this card, and could open the door to a errata on the name or a new version of the card that is Air Neos but slightly different.

trap dustshoot and metamorphosis are top tier choices, id honestly rather have cheap commons than the platinum secrets which i think are kind of ugly (they are ok i just don't like the holo effect all over the card borders) but i'll take what i can get, hopefully with this set we'll have most the expensive goat staples brought down to a reasonable price and i personally don't care if a lot of the nostalgic cards aren't playable/viable in the current meta, im just excited to see a lot of old school cards that were previously only common getting the holo treatment edit: and how did I forget, we really need this set to have an affordable copy of delinquent duo!!!

It is incredibly disingenuous to describe the actions of Yu-Gi-Oh! fans who voted for Air Neos as "the stupidest thing you could do", when, with the greatest of respect, the most probable reason your choice of card was picked was due to the leveraging of your extensive fanbase, regardless of whether it was direct or indirect. If you were an 'Average Joe', like basically everyone else who voted, your choice of Petit Moth would have probably looked as ridiculous to the wider community.
