Wow. It was blatantly obvious that a bunch of dogs in the neighborhood were totally out of control,, provoking chaos, fights, etc etc. people with little dogs can be beyond blind to how their own dogs horrific behavior creates issues and they were a perfect example of this. Lucky was just the dog that bit harder so he got all the blame. It's good Lucky's owners learned how to manage him though as that's needed in all situations and locations.

I love how Caesar addressed everybody and had said if you want to get your dog attention you need to make sure that they're in a calm state.. that's when you give attention. Hopefully they were listening. They have super reactive dogs
