Luckys owners arent the only ones needing lessons. Those people have no room to judge. Their dogs were acting out when Lucky just walked by. They all wanted to blame the issues on 1 dog when its most of the neighborhood too.

Wow. It was blatantly obvious that a bunch of dogs in the neighborhood were totally out of control,, provoking chaos, fights, etc etc. people with little dogs can be beyond blind to how their own dogs horrific behavior creates issues and they were a perfect example of this. Lucky was just the dog that bit harder so he got all the blame. It's good Lucky's owners learned how to manage him though as that's needed in all situations and locations.

In Deutschland kenne ich, dass Katzen immer die "master" sind. Ich hatte zwei Hunde, die waren es definitiv nicht, die waren "der beste Freund des Menschen". Und selbst Katzen können "erzogen" werden, was für mich nie ein "Kunststück" war und ist, ich habe wieder 2, die hören sehr gut. Aber... Ich hatte in meinem Leben einen "master", meine Husky-Hündin. Bei ihr haben alle Erfahrungen versagt. Weder Kenntnisse von Hunden, noch von Katzen halfen. Zu Hause war alles super, doch draußen war sie "Mr. Hyde"... Schalter umgelegt, out of control... Ich bin gespannt, welche Lösung Ceasar hier anbietet...

One thing I notice was when Cesar told everyone they were responsible to help Lucky but the lady who said she would call animal control was not happy about his statement.
