heads up, thats not a generic femboy pfp. Their PFP is a fairly well known vtuber: Okayu Nekomata. Many of these scammers will use stolen vtuber artwork for one reason or another. On that note, if you get a DM from someone begging you to commission them for artwork and they have a both a generic username and a hololive pfp (or any mega-popular vtuber for that matter) that looks like it was stolen from pixiv or something, BE VERY SUSPICIOUS!

Once they find out about base language models and in-context examples, it'll become way harder to identify them as LLM generated. They're just using the wrong tool for the job for now.
