So, of course the menu was all in Japanese, and the picture looked nothing like a hotpot, I thought it was some kind of prawn salad or something, so I ordered, thinking I can eat quickly & keep on preparing for my day's filming tomorrow. Yeah, 🤣, keto's great. I lost 20+ kilos on it 4 years ago, then I came to Asia and olive oil, salmon and anything like cheese was too expensive for me to continue hahaaa

Dan, I saw that broth fiercely boiling away and you (or the waiting staff) didn't seem to turn it off - although at the end I noticed that the heat was turned off. What's the protocol with this kind of dish in Japan? BTW - hope you're starting to feel better and start posting contemporary vlogs again soon!

This is the first time I've seen this dish in Japan, they're less common than typical Japanese dishes, but it was great!
