I’ve been a content creator on KZbin for 6 years and honestly this is the most helpful gear video I have ever seen. I am rebuilding my setup immediately! One thing I’m always trying to learn more about is how to become more knowledgeable about lighting. It is so hard to create pro looking lighting. I’m going to dig through your channel for some lighting tips cause it is a struggle. I feel like every one of my videos has different lighting and it’s so bad. Thanks for this video!!! New sub. ❤

I built a similar setup based on Caleb's DSLR Video Shooter from a few years ago. I got a cheap LED flat panel with diffuser from AliExpress and a dummy battery power adaptor so I can keep my Sony A6600 running without worrying about battery. The Rode Wireless is nice, but I went budget with a Tacstar SGC-600 on a long microphone boom arm. I also added a (microphone) shelf that holds all the remotes and adaptors keeping it tidy!

This has already been done by DSLR Video shooters 3 years ago. I think you guys are bigger channel so the reach is much more. Thanks for the awesome contents.

You’re literally one of the best to do this. Also, I literally was going to pull the transcription to see how many times you said “literally” and “actually” but I literally don’t have time to do that. I actually have things to do so I literally just wrote this comment instead because it actually brings the same attention to the literal issue that I’m addressing, actually. HNY!!

Loving the piece by piece setup. There are SOOO many choices on Amazon it makes our lives easier as content creators if we can get a good recommendation to reasonable equipment, plus you guys make some money from the affiliate link...everyone wins. I would love to see a video covering tele prompters for budget, middle and high end. Also, It would be helpful to cover teleprompters that can be read from a distance lets say if 2 or 3 people are in frame so maybe the camera is at a shoot distance of 4 feet away. This is my current problem I am trying to research and solve.

I have the same lighting setup (not the camera part), except I bought the bigger lantern. I underestimated how huge that thing is! And I'm surprised how the 60 watter filled it up. Assuming if the floor you're shooting on isn't level, the ball head mount allows the camera to even things out? The light stand from the looks of it needs an even floor.
