Spoiler alert: Keep your starter in the fridge, use your starter hungry, fed, or whenever after doubling, feed it only when running low-no discarding! No stretch and folds, unless you want to! Chop up an onion and cover it with honey let it stand to draw a syrup and use that for your cough/cold its safe for the kids too and is potent for coughs. Use 3x a daybor as often as needed no chemicals cannot harm you if you need to take more than 3x a day. Keep it in a glass bottle in the fridge. Get well soon and strongs with all the prep.
