Basically. Porn withdrawals are essentially none existent and predominantly in your head. Once you’ve gone 3 weeks your brain is completely reset. The only reason you suffer when you try to stop watching porn (nofap) is because you still fundamentally want it. So stopping in stills fear, which then creates what appear to be withdrawals…

For me i noticed its coping from getting rejected. I can go 2-3 weeks easy, but if I get rejected or something, then it pops out.

Hey there. I'm a 3+ years porn addict. 2 of those 3 years i spent on researching and collecting information, and learning harmful effects of porn on your brain. 2 years. And there was no case. Possible loss of feelings and permanent damage to your brain reward system article just read with 5 studys supoorting it? Oh hell yea, we watching "Gangbang in my house with strangers". I never paused to think, is this really what i want in life? Constant supervision on myself, continous strict order? Is this what really nofap is? Thanks a lot, giving a new perspective from a logical point of view instead of making the typical "How to quit porn, the ultimate super effective strategy!!!!!!" video. Today is the day where less motivated i feel, but hey, let's see if i can just move apart of this nonsense marathon, seeking for a non-existant finish line. Pd: Just remembering the days where i used to watch all type of self improvement videos, and the only thing that i can truly remember is: 1- By Hamza, "Do you think an ex-cocaine addict tells you: "Im on day 4345 of no cocaine!!"? No, he just moves on." 2- Don't remember by whom, possibly by me lol, "When you make your problem the center of your life, you will inevitably be attracted by it's own gravity. Change your center of gravity, and let things flow" Last PD: I don't speak english as a native language. Don't take into acc any type of typing errors. Thanks.
