This Ancient African Soup Needs No Cooking | OSE ANI
Ose Ani is arguably the oldest soup in Africa. It is a straightforward and easy-to-make soup used by the ancestors to quickly quench hunger. The Origin of Ose Ani can be traced to the people of eastern and southern Nigeria.

Ose ani = Ofe nchichi(Igbo native soup), it can also be made with crayfish in place of fish or both combined, very spicy and so delicious.

Yea. I guess this is their own recipe. Because I've eaten it in anambra state and some other ingredients were added like "ogiri" and "uziza" seeds.
