📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
20 g fresh yeast (0.71 oz)
300 ml lukewarm milk (1 1/4 cups)
80 g sugar (4 oz)
500g - 550g all-purpose flour (about 4 to 4 2/5 cups)
Price of salt
80 g butter (5 3/5 oz)
Filling:
3 apples
200 g ground poppy seeds (7 oz)
150 g powdered sugar (1 1/3 cups)
Molding:
200 g powdered sugar (1 3/4 cups)
3-4 tbsp water
Bake:
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Bake in convection mode for 35 minutes.
Back mold diameter: 26 cm (10 inches)

Very nice end result. Thank you for your work. I just went through the bin of fall apples (tossing the bad ones into the park behind my house in hopes that a few might take root and grow for the next generation), and I made some strudel and apple sauce. I was looking for something else to make to use these apples up and this would be a nice change from the typical ''cinnamon roll''. Thank you for the inspiration.
