Hey, you should try powder mining vertically, its just as fast and it requires less brain power in my opinion, just tp back to the top when you hit the bottom and make a new column

Its much worse because when your character is falling you can’t as often break blocks. Its also harder to grab chests quickly

i think you should try to swap to gold mining instead of gemstone mining since gold mining works toward 1b g dragon (1b g dragon collection looks very epic on ironman but you need to make 4b coins to get there from 0 collection )

Gold mining is worse than gem mining for money. It’s also very inconsistent and frustrating to set up and find. If i were to not mine gems id just farm

Just lock your fps to the same refresh rate of your monitor Having your fps well above the refresh rate of your monitor is just bad for your GPU, with the potential of having bigger and more noticeable frame drops

It won’t ever get even close to maxing out my gpu don’t worry. Minecraft is a cpu bottleneck, as it’s only single threaded. Locking fps doesn’t fix the micro stutter issue when recording as it’s an issue with refresh rate desync across multiple monitors as its near impossible to get two displays with exact refreshrates of a multiple of 60 (its often 59.994, 129.997, 360.011, and so on). I generally play with vsync (360fps) but the lower latency of running at high frames is nice. As frame times tend to go from 6ms to around 4.3 if i uncap, A bigger issue is just the fps lows, MC is optimized terribly on 1.8.9 and even with high fps the lows are often sub 40,
