@@AussieRiser I mean you look at a guy like Morozov or Paul Linn and you KNOW they're on gear. Sandris might be on something but he doesn't look like it. No weird square traps, no puffy chest, no crazy vascularity, no hgh head or hand growth visible, etc.

yeah he looks very juicy.. just compare to how he looked in his videos 2 months ago.. you don't achieve such improvement in such a short time without gears haha :D This sport is depressing sometimes.

Been watching arm wrestling since 2015 and I been confused as to what is rising If it's keeping ur knuckle angle high like Devon says or if it's the strength that keeps ur arm angle tight when toprolling, cause I'm quite sure the latter of what i said is back pressure...

Rising is about being able to bend your fist up while posting. Cupping is bending your wrist in. Rising is bending the wrist up. But you also need your elbow flexion to be strong in order to have a powerful rise. First strong back, bicep and brachiallis, keep tight angle then bend your wrist up and you will be rising effectively.
