Just made this tonight. Added Ginger and Red Chili pepper. I halved the pasta and stuck to the rest of your recipe. The scallions as a garnish and sesame seed oil was spot on. Wife and I have leftovers for tomorrow. Very yummy and voted to add to our rotation. We had some green beans as a side dish. Awesome. Maybe brussel sprouts tomorrow.

Wow that sounds so yummy and it's easy! I've even put my beloved "Flo's beef and tomato" over pasta before when I'm not in the mood for rice. It's an amazing "mashup" too that my whole family loves. Personally, I could eat it daily 😊

Every few months I buy several big pieces of ginger, peel it, and whirl it in the food processor. Then I spread it on an oiled baking sheet and freeze it. When it's frozen I cut it into small pieces (for curry) and larger pieces (for stir-fry) and wrap them in little twists of plastic wrap. Then for months I have fresh ginger ready to pop into dishes I'm making for dinner.

Flo and Dude, just finished cooking and eating this dish of wonderfulness, mm.mm.good. In a 12" wide 3" deep stir fry pan and a bit of improvisation, 2 raw garlic, 1 whole head of roasted garlic, and chili garlic....yup.yup.yup. Gluten-free spaghetti cause this mama's tummy does not tolerate the regular one any longer. Oh! my word, I only added 1 tsp of chili garlic until the youngin (22) said more, so, 3 more, and it sure added that extra umf! with an uppercut 💪, bam! with a punch 👊. Inspired to get me the wok and keep on truckin and rockin with your channel. Abundantly appreciated. See yall in the next. 🥰😊
