Recipe (2) Phyllo dough dumplings filled with aubergines, ricotta and feta cheese are an ideal solution for lunch, dinner or a snack. They are so delicious, they are addictive! I make them very often and everyone always likes them! These delicious phyllo dough dumplings with aubergines are very easy to make and anyone can make them. A few simple ingredients and very little time are enough to prepare a very tasty and satisfying dish! Try this delicious recipe of phyllo dough dumplings with eggplant, ricotta and feta cheese! - 12 sheets of phyllo dough
- 2 eggplants
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- Parmesan or other cheese
- Olive oil + milk
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Parsley
- Recipe 2- Ingredients:
- 1 eggplant
- 1 spring onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 sheets of phyllo dough
- 250 g (9 oz) of cottage cheese
- 125 g (4.1/2 oz) of feta cheese
- Parsley
- Oil + milk 1:1 for the syrup
- Salt and pepper
