Glad to see things went well, and I was there in Lewes Delaware with the Spark Gang. The Bandit is perfect for customization and mods, and Shreddie and I rode Sunday until nighttime doing hill climbs and speed runs. Not sure what the totals were for everyone else, but I put 78.6 miles on my bike that weekend!

Beautiful looking bike.The only flaw is that the second battery should be mounted lower for a better cg. It has just enough clearance to mount it on the underside of where it is mounted now which would give it that a smoother ride and better handling. You could even push it farther back to get a more rearward weight bias for an even better ride.

More like Too SLOW! Get a electric scooter that goes 50 mph +!💪🏽😤
@SparkCycleworks3 жыл бұрын
Once you get into the 50mph territory things start to get a little crazy, both in terms of safety and the law! We're at the beginning of the ebike/PEV explosion, so the scene is only going to grow from here. Like anything, there is going to be regulation. Not just for the riders, but for the manufacturers as well. Our 40mph speed on the Bandit seems to be the sweet spot for most riders in the country. Generally anything over that and you're getting into motorcycle territory as far as the law in most states is concerned, but still fast enough that you can keep up with traffic in the cities. Plus higher speeds means less range. Less range means we need to put a bigger batter. Bigger battery drives the cost up. You can see where this is going. It is definitely a blast to go 50+, but generally that's just for pure fun, where as keeping within the 40mph range is safer, legal, and way more conducive to making an affordable and range efficient moped!
@chimnibff3 жыл бұрын
@@SparkCycleworks what you're saying makes sense. My issue is that I live out in the country so there main roads goes from 25mph on some stretches to 55mph in other parts. And there's 1 big hill. So if I can't keep up with traffic, I'll be pissing drivers off. I want to believe there's a way to make the bandit work because it looks awesome to ride.
