I had a blind calf give to me. She was 2 weeks old. Got her home in my living room. Take here to the Vet. My Vet give me things to make her better. Lucky lived 13 yr old. I show her where get grass from. How to found her water. She followed me everywhere. Still miss her

Thank God for rescue groups and sAving the calf and taking care of Lulu and Baby My heart broke when I heard lulu passed life is so sad sometimes. I love all my pets so much.all my pets are rescues

Softcloud the kitty amen! I'm still crying...no animal should be alone. Humans the companionship, but so do animals. That is why when I recommend that people adopt a dog or a cat or any other animal, they make it a pair. People get so busy with their lives, and are gone to work for hours on end, and animals need to know that they're not alone during the times when their humans are away from the house...IMHO (In My Humble Opinion), if a person would be willing to adopt three or 4, then the dynamic changes, and they do not become so dependent on one another, and if one passes, I think the grief is less devastating when there are more than two animals in the house... I will never let my home have less than three animals, and 4 or 5 are ideal...

We had or 2 horses pastured next to a cow field. One day when putting out hay for the horses I heard some cows mooing + looked up. I saw a calf in distress being chased by some "teenage cows". The adult cows heard it too + quickly started chasing after the teenagers to protect the calf. I was amazed! There is definitely a bond animals have that is similar to humans.

Hey guys I'm a witness to what you just seen.i was raised on a farm we had cows & pigs and more on the farm when one day one of our pigs had pass away from unknown death and two others stayed around the deceased pig to my dad came with the back hoe to put Him in the ground and those two pigs stayed next to where their friend was found dead it was sad but it was true I still remember it and now I'm 62

I read a true story of a woman who survived a fatal car accident; in which, her husband and young daughter were both killed. The woman said that she saw her husband and daughter ascending stairs with angels, and many dogs on the stairway as they were walking to go up, but the daughter and father turned around and waved and smiled to her. She had a very long recovery, and during the time in the hospital; she could feel the presence of her husband. She did recover and still feels the presence of what she was blessed to see.
