This Box Makes No Sense!

I want to buy one of these but even though they are on sale everywhere here they're still too expensive, the cheapest I can find is $136 on Amazon and you get 10 packs that's about $60 value, the rest just doesn't make up the extra $76 like I'd rather just buy packs. I don't know if it's the same in America but here in Australia promo boxes are always WAY overpriced for what they contain, and no one ever buys them.
