My further opinion on the Wormhole enchant.. There are many GOOD enchants for all rods and it honestly just depends on the type of player you are and how far you are in the game.. Id say wormhole and abyssal are for sure one of the Top 3 Enchants. So if you wanna catch different sharks/rare fish get wormhole, if you want money probably abyssal (assuming you wont be using 8x server luck every time)

Pro tip: if an shark event spawns (whale shark, hammer head shark etc) u can equip a bad bait using an rod of the depths every 3rd catch u have a chance of getting that shark event fish BUT!!! the event doesn't disappear cuz who got it was ur ghost/soul that caught it, so u can just farm there, (i got 4 hammer head sharks from that cuz in my 5th try i got it myself) If u read all this ur the GOAT

I did 3 15min runs with both enchants, and with 30% and 2x luck boost, here is what i recommended: Wormhole for bestiary or fun (Wormhole relys alot on luck and won't guarantee anything good. Best thing i got was 1 Colossal squid during my second run) Abyssal for money (made close to 2x more (probably 1.7x or 1.6x more if i were to guess) than with Wormhole enchant. Wormhole is a fun enchant but i feel like its getting overhyped

Why do people act like wormhole is good for catching sharks from shark hunts? It’s possible but it’s literally a very low chance. You have better luck getting a shark from an actual shark hunt.

you need merlins luck for the crab cages in the depths so basically you set your spawn in the desolate deep set your crab traps and buy a conception conch and go to sunstone with the mirror, after that go to merlin by going up the ladder and ask for luck then right after use your conception conch to go back and open all the crab traps and if you don't get it welp... do it again or if it didn't finish just fish there

Here is a tip on how to get sea mine quick first just buy 100 crap cages and then Merlin luck+aurora event and make sure to teleport back to the deps when you have Merlin luck and just spam the cages and you will get it

Yeah nah hasty is way better, get hasty, get a shark event and a bit of luck, and now ur ghost can effectivly dupe sharks in sharks event. If ypu don't understand how and why, when the ghost catch a fish it doesn't count as a player catching a fish, and since he can catch any fish in the area ur in, if you fish in a shark hunt and ur ghost got the shark, the shark hint will still be there until a player hook the shark by themselves
