we make something like this but marble the cheesecake into the brownie batter first and also add marchino cherries to the cheesecake filling. Sometimes we will save a bit of brownie batter and dollops on top of the cheesecake mixture before it bakes in the oven.

There is a knob on the side of your mixer to swing it up. Makes it much easier to put the whisk/beater on and off. Love your videos!

Love this one. I added a small layer of peanut butter. Also, I love my kitchen aid, but I will mix by hand most of the time. I am using a hand mixer more often because I have had so many hand surgeries. Thank you for another great dish.

I’m not sure you’re up for this, but if you put parchment paper strips crisscross in your baking pan, and then spray it with some of that joy or Pam, or some thing then when you put your brownie mix in and your cheesecake mixture on top of that, when you bake that you can lift it out of the pan for easy slicing and it would showcase what you made the layers would be defined beautifully so lift by the strips of parchment I hope I explain that in a coherent manner I like your videos you’re kind of silly I like that you don’t take yourself too seriously and you make baking look easy and fun cuz after all it’s all going to the same place

I always wanted a Kitchen Aid, so i finally bought one few years back. It was so heavy... it injured my right shoulder lifting it out of the box ( despite having help help from hubby) and then trying to set it up on counter ... the shoulder spain lasted for over 2 weeks.. I had to go to a Chiropractor. Mine was that lift type ( where bowl lifts up) ..but hooking it up is heavy each time. It was not worth it for me. I did not even use the kitchen Aid mixer once to make anything ... I returned it back. Could not afford loosing working days + doctor visit... not worth it for me.
