@ I would 100% recommend continuing your journey at least to chapter 3 and acquire as many curios as possible and get that extra curio slot. I’m about to put out a build that will make the gauntlet seem like a piece of cake. Also go farm for some medicines. I will drop the video soon to help as many people as possible.

Build is amazing and works on almost all bosses! I felt that against some bigger bosses who have a lot of limbs like centipede, Scarlet spider, etc. the fan is less effective as they keep moving backwards and you can't keep hitting them to replenish Qi and your fan. But still build is greaaat!

Bull King armor with Dark Iron Staff is also very busted. If you can consistently beat bosses, but struggling with only one, i recommend bringing your Clones instead of Life Saver Strand. Use the clones with the 6th Relic, and stun lock the boss to death. (If you're not confident enough, then use a Resurrection Pill)

it is really strong but tenacity is a double edged sword especially combined with not being able to perfect dodge the attacks. Due to the damage these bosses do taking more than 1 hit in a row because of tenacity can almost end your run unless you're good enough at dodging in general and not actively trying to facetank attacks which is the whole point of tenacity

@KyloB Bull King's playstyle is relentlessly mashing light attacks and healing with Hyper Armor. The light attack finisher screws over basically every boss. And you can just use the See-through Counter to replace perfect dodging. The only gauntlet i didn't use it for was Relic holders, because Great Sage Stance destroys all the bosses there.

Best build for end game, is the secret wukong armor the common one that upscales with ur relics, defense spirit, full defense artifacts and spellbinder, i got 800+ defense and hit 200-400 dmg per hit 9k crit with 4 points charge attack

I’m just going to say this my only issue with this build is the fact that the frozen affect of the bat does not work on certain enemies after a long period of time and you’re mainly gonna have to use whatever else you get plus the fan take 10 times more hitting to get it back up to full And the freezing effect does not work against enemies like Yaksha King or any other bosses that can be completely immune, especially Erlang Shen due to him having the ability to push you away when you get to up close and personal and take the frozen effect and add it to his weapon

Good video, I recommend the full alternate wukong armor with dark iron staff, 3 beast buddha heads, the bead for faster focus, the other curio is optional. The needle is the best one in terms of damage. As for spellbinder or not it depends on the boss and if you dont trust your dodge/parry skills, just use the other spells.

I’m on NG+ 5 and boy do these guys hit harder and could wipe you out with one or two strikes if you’re not careful. I might have to do NG+ 6 cause I’m missing one arm or piece (venom daoist, venomous arm guards) and that’s the only achievement I need to get for platinum. I’m only through half of the gauntlet, I’m struggling with the one with all the animal guais (mainly the last being the mantis) I have been running the dark iron staff with the old wukong outfit you get in chapter 6 after getting the cloud by defeating the Supreme Inspector with curios that increase my defence. The spells I have are immbolize, last strand, cloud step, and stone monkey as my transformation. The vessel I use are the wandering wight and the fan. P.S. if you’re not used to a lot of the bosses, I’d keep ‘A Pluck of Many’ on to kinda help with the damage on them. At least that’s what I did halfway through the gauntlet.

Always need to use cloud step. But no complaining. just be better. Or i have to get all 18 Relics first. I don't think it's really needed. 5th relic can be important. i'm at chapter 4. So do that and chapter 5 maybe. Then try again. I don't have hard hit use less stamina on. Non able i just run around and charge hard smash and smash him. At the right distance he can't hit us. To close and he'll hit us. But just heal up.
