Hey shok theres been alot of drama going on with the swain rework and alot of mains dont know what to build. He needs haste and mana but rylias and liandries do no such thing; no lost chapter item seems to be that great on him either. Any thoughts?

Haven't played him yet, my guess is you just try go double mana in runes (PoM + manaflow) and then all the CDR runes as well, then build rylai liandry? not sure
