Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
6 larger eggs
200 g sugar (1 cup)
A pinch of salt
Stir for several minutes
It goes faster with a food processor.
100 g corn starch (3/4 cup)
200 g ground almonds (1 3/4 cups)
Fold in gradually.
Baking tray: approx. 30 x 40 cm (11.8 x 15.7 inches)
Bake the cake at 170 °C (338 °F) top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
Divide the cooled sponge cake.
Strawberry jam
About 350 g strawberries (about 2 cups)
Smooth it out.
500 g cream cheese (2 cups)
40 g powdered sugar (1/3 cup)
250 ml whipped cream (1 cup)
Stir until very creamy
Melt 200 g white chocolate
Save some cream.
Apply the remaining cream.
Then chill for about 2 hours.
Decorate with 150 ml whipped cream. (3/5 cup)
Coconut flakes
Top with halved Raffaellos.
Decorate the edge with coconut.
Decorate with the remaining whipped cream.
