This strawberry cake with mascarpone is so delicious that I bake it every weekend!
Strawberry cake with mascarpone - a recipe to fall in love with ❤️ Very, very tasty! Cake in 15 minutes! A quick and easy recipe for a wonderful strawberry cake with mascarpone that melts in your mouth, so moist and creamy! Simple cake with strawberries! You can bake this sheet cake every day, it's so delicious! And so quick and easy. A great recipe for a lovely fruit cake. This quark cake with strawberries is light and very tasty!
Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
2 large eggs
40 g sugar (3 tablespoons)
Stir until very creamy
40 g oil (3 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons of carbonated mineral water
120 g flour (1/2 cup) + 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
Baking pan: 18 x 28 cm (7 x 10 inches)
180 °C (356 °F) top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes
Turn out the slightly cooled cake.
Cover with a baking frame and drizzle generously with milk.
Strawberry jam
500 g mascarpone (2 cups)
250 g reduced-fat quark (1 cup)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 g icing sugar (3 tablespoons)
To spread the cream more easily on the cake, you can use a plastic bag.
Cut the strawberries into pieces.
In the meantime, chill the strawberry cake.
250 ml cold water (1 cup)
1 pack of red cake glaze (11 g = 1.5 teaspoons)
1 - 2 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)
Chill the strawberry cake for about 1 hour.
