Snickers cake...I was watching the video, and I almost got soaked because I drooled so much.Each layer will be unbearably delicious with caramel filled with nuts, genoise that will be moist without syrup, and canache full of nuts.It's such a pretty video and the recipe is great.😻😻😻👍

What a coincidence. I just bought a new pot to use to make caramel. And last week I made a Mounds cake. It was suppose to be a Almond Joy cake but my almonds went off so I had to toss them. Now you put out a recipe for a Snickers cake. Yum!! The only thing I'd use differently? I'd swap out the mascarpone for cream cheese. Both are expensive (what isn't nowadays, lol) but I can buy 2 blocks of cream cheese for a few dollars less than 1 tub of mascarpone. Sending this to my playlist. Thanks... 👍
